Physician Portal User Names - the user names in the Physician Portal are now case sensitive.
In the Portal, all user names are lower case. ***This pertains only to the user name (not the password).
Passwords were not affected. If your password was mixed case before, it still is.***

**Important Information Regarding Internet Explorer - Version 7**

The MCH Physician Portal allows authorized hospital physicians access to their patients records via the Internet. If you are an MCH physician and do not already have access to the Physician Portal, please call (432) 640-1385 to request access and training information.

Please follow the checklist below for your PC setup before using the Physician Portal for the first time:

Set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 (or higher)
Install Adobe Acrobat Reader (see link below)
Install Sun Microsystems Java plug-in (see link below)
High-speed Internet access (Cable / DSL) works best
Pop-up blockers need to be turned off for completing Chart Deficiencies
