Medical Center Hospital (MCH) offers an array of radiological procedures to diagnose a variety of health problems at their earliest and most treatable stages.  Diagnostic testing performed in the Outpatient Center includes Magnetic Resonance Imaging ( MRI ), Nuclear Medicine, Special Procedures, and CT Scanning  as well as Ultrasonography and Diagnostic Radiology.

Medical Center Hospital also provides professional and caring mammography services in our fully equipped Breast Care Center located in the MCH Professional Building at 318 N. Alleghaney.

The technologists performing these exams have completed a rigorous course of education and are certified by one or more national agencies.  Medical Center Hospital can provide quick and accurate results to your physician, convenient hours, easy access within the hospital and a knowledgeable staff.

Regardless of whether your physician has provided you with written orders, or has elected to phone your orders directly to MCH, all patients must first register before receiving services.  We encourage you to call ahead of time and pre-register.  This will reduce your wait time when you come for your exam.   Also, ask your physician's office if your insurance requires pre-certification.   Pre-certification must be performed by your doctor's office prior to the exam, not at the time of registration.

You also may complete our on-line registration form for even faster service.   If you are planning to register on-line, someone in our Admitting/Registration department will be in contact with you within one day of completing your form unless it is a weekend.  In those cases, you will be contacted by the end of the next business day.  Please do not go directly to the department or nursing unit.
